I have a light duty scuba tank bag that I'd like to pass along. It is lightly padded so it provides protection from most scuffs and scratches, but not from any significant impact. Has straps for carrying and a small zippered pocket. Pull-strings at the top. You pay only the shipping cost. Mailed in a padded envelope. Weighs about 12oz.
