Someone please make air stripper cones for the Impact's...

I've searched and can't find anyone who makes air stripper cones that will correctly fit the Impact's LDC. With the .30 caliber and on high power setting the thing really barks loudly. It would be beneficial to have a set of these air stripper cones that would fit into the LDC on cutting down the turbulent air as well as the ear splitting rush of exiting air. Because of the popularity of the Impact, anyone willing to take on this project with their 3D printer could make a decent profit in short order. Here's an example of the tried and true air strippers, with others being made in similar fashion. Anyone willing to give it a go?

Biohazardman, that's hard to say. Someone with an Airforce Texan would have to give us a measurement on the inside diameter of the barrel shroud, or the cones if they have some. The total length could be easily manipulated to fit the Impact's LDC, and the outside diameter as well. This is an expensive experiment at $80.00 if they are not the right diameter (too small to work efficiently).View attachment MTU2OTgxNzQ1Ml8xOTk1NjEyMjgzNWQ5MTgzNmMwMTM5MjkuMzA0OTUxMjdfU2NyZWVuc2hvdF8yMDE5MDkzMC0wMDIyMzF+Mi5wbmc=

The diameter of the sound lock cones are just about a quarter of an inch less than the inside diameter of the FX moderator. This allows you to connect the comes together with pieces of tape, and then wrap all of them at once with a piece of felt so that it makes it a very nice snug fit. The felt keeps them centered in the FX moderator.
