Something new from DonnyFL

We received a shipment at the shop today and wanted to give you a sneak peek before it hits the website Monday or Tuesday.

It’s a parts mat, cleaning mat, soldering mat, I’d even use it as a place mat if I didn’t want to get kicked out of the house.

It has more partitioned spots than a cafeteria tray, three magnetic spots, a built in ruler, removable 500°F rated soldering pad and the DonnyFL logo for good luck. I particularly like the slots on the left that can keep your screws in order for those bigger, multi-step disassembly projects.

Just be cautious with those magnetic trays. They have a tendency to slightly magnetize the small screws, springs, etc. that sit in them, and that can become a real pain in the butt. And that's all magnetic trays...not saying it's the Donny mat in particular.

Yes, they all do that. A $0.99 demagnitizer is an essential tool for working on small ferris items.
