Sometimes I need simple

Lousy day at work! So I made it simple and shot my 1701 and Prod 10 shot groups. Fun and simple.

These guns have been laying on a shelf for better than a year. I started the quest for shooting a hundred yards and that’s all I have been playing. And that can get frustrating. Especially spending several thousand dollars without seeing success. So after work I got out these and shot ten meters under my barn. Those are not great scores but it reminded me that simple inexpensive PCPs can be very enjoyable.

Oldsparky,
Keeping it simple is goal of mine.
I really enjoy my prod, condor ss & Fortitude. All great goto’s.
That’s all I own in pcp air rifles.

I am very interested in two others at the moment, a Katran C & a Tiapan Vetran standard. This will be my first LEAP into the 1k category…yikes!

The Katran C seems to be minimalistic and the Veteran is tried and proven over the last decade. I noticed you own a veteran, hopes it’s doing well. Any issues with it or to watch out for?
