SPA P35 clipping baffles and moderator

I've tried a bunch of things in my P35s but you might still find something I didn't that will work well for you. The two things that work well for me are two stock baffles combined with hair curlers. I put in a baffle with half a curler in it first, then a full curler on a baffle next and adjust the position of the shroud to accomidate the length - I have to slide it out about an inch. The other thing that works in my P35s and also my Avenger is an in shroud moderator. I prefer the latter because the baffles will rotate into the path of the pellets if the shroud moves out which it seems to do on it's own sometimes. The in shroud moderator is too long to rotate in the shroud so I think the risk of clipping is much lower.

That looks like pellet probe is pushed to the side by magazine internal spring.
I took my magazine apart and loosened the spring pre-tension, also deburred and rounded pellet hole edges of magazine. I deburred pellet probe and polished it.
At firs, pushing pellet from mag to lead, mag cut piece off of a pellet. Pellet probe transfer hole edges were sharp to touch with finger tip.
Now it moves smoothly like my FX.
Also took my P35 completely apart and did lots of de-burring, smoothing, polishing. To barrel - lead de-burring and polish, crown was awfully cut, but rifling was ok. so managed to get away with re-crowning it in the lathe. Bore was true to OD.
