SPA750 New features......got to see this!

I heard back from Snowpeak, and unfortunately there has been a production delay for the PP750 due to some engineering problems. They no longer have an estimated order date, only a hopeful that they will be available this year. There is no price estimate available yet either, probably because they need to work out whatever problems they are having first.

Regards,

Wes

I've been more of a rifle guy but I happened across the PP700 and it peaked my interest. Started researching and now I find out about the PP750. I think that I now know where my money is going next. Good power, shot count, regulated, accurate, multi shot, side lever and includes sights and a stock - yet does not break the bank!?! Yeah, take my money. Oh! and it looks damn good too.

While the 750 does have a shrouded barrel, it does not have a suppressor. However, a close look at the muzzle cap reveals two slots, and it becomes likely the end cap of the shroud unscrews for removal and access to the barrell. If the pcp gods are prudent, those end cap threads will be identical to the PP 700 and DonnyFL.com will already have an adapter so we can make the 750 as quiet as the 700 with a suppressor on the end! The shroud alone does not make the PP 700 quiet enough to keep the police off my porch. I suspect the 750 will likely need some help as well.

Yes disappointing for sure in the short term. They haven't made a final decision yet. On the positive side, Diana has encouraged some improvements in the past on the Snowpeak products, (all of which were already being done by individuals and reported on the forums, on the earlier versions I should add),such as better triggers, and a nicer grip for the PP800/Bandit. They also give you a nice carrying case. It'll mean a delay in getting them but a greater availability once they do come out.

If only they would see the opportunity in getting some out there now, so all you expert tuners and shooters could give feedback on the forums and find improvements that can be made. This would be a big benefit I think!

Observances traditionally take place from the evening preceding the first day of the year to the Lantern Festival, held on the 15th day of the year. The first day of Chinese New Year begins on the new moon that appears between 21 January and 20 February.[2] In 2020, the first day of the Chinese New Year will be on Saturday, 25 January, initiating the Year of the Rat. (how oddly appropriate!) Wiki tells all. That explains why no shipment until February.

Wes, can you give us a ballpark price range in case some of us have to sell a kidney to pay for these little beasts???

Hi Guys, really sorry for the long long wait while other countries have theirs. Not sure why this order has been delayed so long. I guess It must have been I was just at the wrong spot in line when this virus shut down production. Anyway, Julie has informed me today that scheduled completion of the order is April 25th, about 3 weeks further along than I thought it would be. Hope you are all keeping well, and staying healthy and food on the table, and once things hopefully start cleari9up with this virus I hope to have this great pistol in your hands to play with.

Best wishes to all and God bless,

Wes Bashforth
