It seems that the spanner wrenches I found on Amazon has a pin that's too large to fit into the hole on bottle valves. Anyone know of a good wrench that can remove the valve from a bottle?

The one I originally bought and worked for FX valves had a 1/8" pin. But it seems like they are asking stupid money for them right now - over $40.
Maybe a year ago I went with the Saber Tactical bottle degasser kit, and never looked back. It seemed expensive at the time, but with all the use it has had, it now seems to be bargain priced. And priced at $25 over a simple pin spanner from Amazon, there would be no question that I'd pop for the ST kit if I needed something today.

Stanley Proto JC491 with the 1/8” pin.
paid $32 for it thru amazon in August 2021, and now cheapest price thru multiple sellers is $50!

Some of the holes in the valves are too small for the spanner. Use a paper clip or tooth pick to determine how deep the hole is. For that matter the hole only needs to be the depth of the pin itself. Take a drill, mark with a piece of tape that depth on the bit and enlarge the hole the same diameter as the pin.
