I tried the full auto feature on my Sidewinder 30 for the first time and I guess surprised was the best way to describe the experience. It makes a hell of a racket, cycles faster than I expected and gives a pretty decent push from a standing position. Reminds me a bit of a Sig MP9, a rolling block 9mm I got to shoot a few years ago. The only thing missing was the brass flying everywhere. I know its not practical but it is pretty cool.

Sounds novel. That has to get old quick. It’s bad enough we run through pellets and air with semi-autos. You think there’s any hope for accuracy in full auto?

Maybe with some practice. I guess it flys in the face of what most people enjoy, the precision experience of air gunning. I suppose if one was up close varmint shooting and didn't have time to aim but that's not very responsible either. I'm fine with the semi-auto part but I get it, there is a rhythm to cocking between shots.

Seems more sutied for cheap bulk bb's. That eat my lunch ( not to mention my billfold) in a pellet supply..

Full Auto is FUN. But....
I had a couple of the SMG .22 full autos set up with HPA tanks, 400 round belts.
Was a blast UNTIL it was time to reload the belts!

For me the TRUE use for semi-auto is not having to break your position to reload
Follow ups can be taken very quickly, and being in a target rich environment means just reacquiring and squeezing the trigger
