N/A Springer pistol

Hi!!
I just got a b17 in the mail, it arrived damaged, but I was able to hold it and I would prefer less plastic. Definitely understandable for the price, however I’ve decided to not reorder and move to the next step up.
What would the next step up Springer be?? I’m shooting indoors, but will move outside come better weather, it will be used for strictly target. I care more about precision than fps.
Recommendations????

That's always a tough one in spring pistols on what best ..

Now I got a gas ram one the ram went flat but it was one of my more gun guns .

This is the older "non" QE barrel and it's a spring not a vortex ram . ( 2 pluses for it right off )..lol

It's a referb but ?????

The V10 looks like something I could get behind. I saw one used in the classified forum, but I can’t message them, I suspect have to wait for my post count to hit a certain point.

Keep a check on p.a referb pages ad well they pop in there . Last ones a bout 2 weeks ago or do +/- ..lol. Was like $170 or something .. pretty reasonable to give one a shot and see anyway. .. it and that bda is the same gamo made Challenger ..

Not the china Beeman maybe better built

what is a B17 besides a bomber from WW2 now there is a P17 but it is not a springer it is a SSP
now Hateful suggested the Hatsan and that is a monster in size and double monster to cock
the truth is there are few springers any more oh there is that Ruger and Browning model but their triggers are so bad they are not on my list to suggest and yes i own both there is the Diana P5 the one from Snowpeak but it also needs trigger work and if you don't want to do it don't bother
the V10 is a SSP and i would give that one 2 thumbs up
old Diana model 5 or 6 a LP8 big pistol well-built trigger is just so, so but can be rebuilt

Great pistols…like a Timex…had one for 25+ yrs…still shoots great! John

The hatsan is big and heavy but it's robust too . It's a early metal y trigger one . Cocking was tough at first but the more you did it the easier it got / you just got over it ... Lol the front adjustable sight was nice on it too . It's a shame the vortex gas ram just went flat over night . Shot it that evening put it up and next day flat nothing left in the ram ..

Also that storing a gas ram pointing down tips , well for not help on it or it's hatean 95 brother ..😢

Good looking out!!
I used to shoot idpa and generally was more interested in sending rounds down range smooth. As I’ve gotten older, tightening my groups has been a priority. Also, I’m teaching my kiddo so focusing on fundamentals as much as possible.
When the weather warms up I plan on switching to rifle and start training for PRS rimfire.
For fun lately I’ve been practicing tight groups out of three rounds and splitting cards.

Sounds good , nice plan and great teaching Kiddo . What range , 10 yard ?25 yards ?
