Squirrel outlines

I traced two squirrels after I shot them and thought others might be interested. One was over a pound and one well under. So a little one and a big one. The smaller weight if from my fishing scale and the higher weight is from a kitchen scale. The latter is more in the normal part of its range so it may be more accurate.

I got bird and whatever printed and sized to life sized as best I can then templates made to quickly trace out one to hang and shoot

I also use the templates to make the steel ones as well

Did you shoot the 2nd one in the ass?

The little one was flattened to a limb and I misunderstood the body position. I thought it was pointed away from me and shot for the offside shoulder. Unfortunately it was angled towards me so yes, I kind of shot it in the ass. The pellet hit it in the middle and went back breaking a rear leg. It didn't run but didn't drop either so I put one in her brain. She dropped after that one. She was hanging from the limb she was sleeping on with her ass down so the blood went to the hole out the rear leg.

You obviously don't have enough to do Jim. Hopefully your rifle gets delivered tomorrow and you won't be so bored....,.
