Starling Hunting

Anyone know where to hunt starlings. I found some public areas in Illinois that allow Airgun hunting, But I just dont know which ones would be good for starlings. I would love to start a starlings specific group/club. Together we could probably get some areas to go. Thank yo.
Sketchy stuff. Power poles 😁

Yes, power lines and poles. I see a lot in urban areas. Look for the big clouds of birds.

They seem to be real good at nesting in the most annoying places too. Inside vents that exit buildings for example. They like small places for their nest. If you can find the nest you can pick them off easy when they are going in and out during the spring, when they need to feed the little ones. It would be doing someone a favor too, assuming you don't shoot the windows out of a building.

It's the kind of bird that would sit on power lines in groups along the edges of an agricultural area as well.

Cruise near farms in the country, in KS, MO I usually find them in fence rows with tall cedars and cut grass pastures foraging. Then outside city limits with rural housing developments loving gutters and knot holes. They are smart and learn very quickly, best if you can do from a snipers hide and camo the end of your barrel. Just poking a black stick out a window after a while they will take off.
