Starting a P-Rod SVD bottle build

Just about all parts are in for an SVD Dragunov-ish P-rod. Ninja reg and stock are in transit. Currently, it sits with a 12” LW polished and h-bn treated, Hill parts w opened ports, Huma reg, Buck-rail foregrip ( Buck-rail moderator is on it now, trying it out, but the Hill in the pic is the usual) shimmed and polished trigger. With the stock on it its been my shooter in FT Hunter class, GTO’s right at 20fpe with a .9 ES. Now I’m shooting a proper FT rifle so this is at my mercy. Found an SVD style stock on ebay that got me thinking, then buying.

Adding on the following:

First Strike CF 15cuin bottle

Ninja regulator ( in transit)

Hill custom shroud and 21” LW barrel.

Magnum Air bottle adapter

Clone bipod ( not too shabby for 70 buck on amz)

SVD style stock ( in transit)

Cothran Valve

Stock and foregrip will be CF wrapped eventually, as will the barrel.

Holds air and cycles well. Next up is proper tuning, chrony and groups. Minor punch list left, like change the white tape and get a black gauge but the bulk is done. CF wrap later. Hill valve parts ported to .140 instead of the Cothran, doesnt fit anyhow so will use it on a .25 Disco bottle build. Barrel bands are 3d printed and connect to an inverted pic rail extension. Bipod between and railguards/grips line the rest. Surprisingly solid in that configuration, figured there would be too much flex but its only the typical grip flex, easily fixed. Balance point is 1/4” behind the rear barrel band, so very comfortable offhand. Trigger is single stage, shimmed and shoed. Oh and correction, 20” barrel. Athlon Talos 6-24x.
