I’ve read at threads of shops and vendors with terrible service, poor or non-existent communication, and poor to zero support. After a while it becomes obvious which shops and vendors to avoid. But how about vendors and shops with outstanding service, (not mediocre or average service)? Who has consistently gone above and beyond with their service and deserves recognition? Let’s compile a list to point people in the right direction where their money will be accepted and their business appreciated.
I’ll start with a with few that I’ve done business with:
Trenier Airguns - great prices on pellets, well packaged, ships fast.
Airguns of Arizona- vast selection of products, good customer service, great customer support. Shane is an outstanding person to deal with via phone or email.
Huma Air - good selection of regulators, fast shipping, good customer service, great tech support. Marc is extremely helpful in trouble shooting issues and correcting errors. He’s not one to make excuses.
American Air Arms - high-quality, robust, and carefully crafted air rifles, great customer/product support. I haven’t encountered an airgun manufacture who is as attentive as Tom (@slayer). I haven’t seen him arguing with customers. He actually take time to listen to them and assists them in solving their issues or better understanding their air rifles.
Veradium Air - I still haven’t shopped with this shop yet. It seems that Brian (@bthurman) seems to always be working on something more exciting than the last thing I got excited about. This causes me to wait eagerly for the release of his products and upgrades. But I can speak to Brain’s communication, willingness to help, knowledge about Benjamin Bulldogs, and his accessibility. I’ve learned a lot from him over the past couple of years. He’s also sent me a few parts for my Bulldogs.
