I have all the criteria (I believe ) to private message sellers ..who can I contact to resolve this issue?

In order to send someone a private message you must have a minimum of 10 quality posts (or replies) and be an active member for greater than 10 days. We do not make exceptions to this rule. To send a PM: Hover/Click on the members username from an existing thread Click Start Conversation...

I wish it was higher. But our wonderful mods and site owner get to make those decisions through lots of time, effort, and hard work to keep this site a nice place to be.
