Still Trying The Star

Still trying to hit the star with TX#3.
Field Target on Sunday, 50 shots at the yard targets off the bucket and sticks..
Then cleaned and lubed 500 H&N FTT, 8.64gr, 4.52mm pellets.
(That is what I use.)
Then, at the star with H&N FTT.
Holes not as sharp as with the WC, huh?
Still 20 shots, standing, offhand at 10Y.
A couple got away:

That is a superb job for offhand, congrats man. Brought my friend from Japan to the range last Sat. he shot a one ragged hole group of 5 rounds with my 1911. 7 yards. Handguns are unknown in Japan, totally banned. Air rifles are about it, with loads of paperwork. Shotguns are permitted again permits required. Crazy he can shoot that well, it was his second session firing guns. I asked him how he could possibly shoot so well, he grins sheepishly and says video games. Full house .44 mag left him with a sore paw, grinning all the while he was rubbing his hand. My old Contender is light for a .44 and the grip was not designed for human hands.

Reminds me of the BB machinegun target at the carnivals when I was a kid.
