Storage/displays

What are you guys doing for staorage or displaying your toys. Do you have custom built stuff or just use a safe? I’m using a safe now but would like to display them more Pics if you have any
Well, being as though I own a number of firearms as well, I have everything in a large safe. I would like to get the airguns separate from the firearms though. I would like to display the airguns on wall mounts, but am worried about dust getting all over them.

This is an old pic (before my first pcp!) Custom solid oak 2- piece cabinet with glass doors on the display. The lower cabinet is unopened pellet storage.

Funny you should bring this up. I just finished making a rack for my springers.

I made a French cleat rail and adjustable blocks that can be positioned at any place on the rail.

The blocks each have a guitar mount attached. The width is adjustable by turning the arms to fit your action or barrel.

A piece of pipe insulation over a 3/4 inch pvc pipe creates a rest for the butt that won't mushroom the tips over time.

Now on to the other wall for the PCP's. Should be simple now, much fewer of those.

Cheers.

Terry,
Member JDR's thread, "How Do You Store Your Airguns?" on August 17, should prove helpful. Scroll thru threads or search in archives. WM

Here it is, just to connect these two similar threads.

Lewis the butt pad, pad is brilliant
too many rifles are damaged setting on hard surfaces
could there ever be a domino effect and all come tumbling down and dust in the future
nicely done
but where are all the pistols LOL

Thank you,
The only domino type of failure would be if the foam but pad pad was yanked out from under them all. Pretty unlikely but not seen in the photo are two small boards cut at an angle on both sides to prevent any rolling.

I only have a couple of pistols, they just sit in a closet.

Now I need to find a good way to sort and store the pellets. Any ideas?
