Tuning Stormrider cutting fill probe o-rings (apparently)

I've had nothing but trouble filling my Stormrider. Second fill, the probe O-rings apparently didn't hold (hand pump). So tiny that it is nearly impossible to see damage. Carefully chamfered the port with a deburring tool, and used fine emery to polish, cleaning it carefully afterward. There was no chamfer, just a sharp edge that apparently nicked the o-ring(s). Second fill worked fine then, but third fill was the same story.... except I only had a single pair of spare o-rings. Built a fill adapter from my nitrogen bottle (refrigeration test), and it filled after a momentary leak that quit as soon as it pressured up.

I can't even talk to tech at the company I bought the gun from.... hold hold hold... elevator music..."nobody available". O-rings are not listed anywhere, and they are not standard size, either metric of US.

Note:

I bought a pair of ancient scuba tanks... waiting for hydrotest, but the hand pump is important to top the reservoir off...... I'm pissed at the company, and won't be buying airguns from them anymore .... probably the largest in the US.....effectively zero service.

Any suggestions??

It is almost as if they just wanted to sell a rifle and could have cared less about any aftermarket support. Mine shoots well and is a sweet little rifle to hunt with. It is light and accurate. I get plenty of shots from a fill as it just sips air but getting (and keeping) a fill probe in service has been a nightmare. I have two on order from Canada. They ain't cheap.

I guess he got it sorted as his last post was a year and 7 months ago.
