I actually have a 3D printed tray but haven't used it lately. Will definitely use that for my troubleshooting work here. Thank you!

1st questions that came to me are A) was it bought new or used? B) What pellets are you using? C) If bought used, how old is the gun (date of manufacture)?
It could be time for a re-seal depending on how much it was shot by previous owner. Maybe the pellets being used aren't as uniform as others might be. If you cleaned the barrel it might take more shots than you'd expect to "re-season" the barrel too. As said before, chrony results might tell you a lot. If it was shooting consistently it shouldn't be too hard to get it back there again if you nail down the reasons. My 1st mag fed pcp was a gen2 Marauder & I never really got the results I'd hoped for but that was back during the "barrel lottery" period when they were inconsistent.

Top things to check ...
* Barrel band NOT touching shroud
* Lead Fouled barrel needing to be "BRUSH SCRUBBED"
* Leaking or missing BREECH probe O-ring
* Dirty or over lubed HAMMER .. creating velocity swings, tho NOT generally creating fliers :cautious:

Also if recently switching pellet brand/type or lot can have it just be sub par pellet issue ?

My vote goes to the hammer. Sounds like something is dragging the hammer when it gets into a certain position or something with the trigger. Because the odd shot is almost always about 5" low and the rest of the shots are so consistent, that odd shot must be coming out slow. I have the same airgun...Gen 2 Synrod, LW barrel, all still stock. I haven't seen anything like your problem, I just get a good tune with great groups and then they seem to start opening up and I can't figure out why. But I searched the forums and wound up polishing the hammer and tube it slides in with 2000 grit abrasive sheet to reduce friction. Then I coated the tube with a teflon spray that dries out and leaves no residue that can cause gumming up or collecting dust. Also polished the trigger parts. My other problem with opening group sizes was solved just last week. I broke the gun down (not any pressure parts) and decided to try more trigger pull. I think it was too light so I increased it somewhat, even gave it a little bit of creep and my groups size is right back where it was, 1/4 to 3/8" at 25 yds. Let us know what you find out.
