I double-chambered, but before I realized it I damaged the 2nd pellets skirt a little when I tried cocking again. Finally, I had to press & gently tap a dowel down the muzzle-nd to get both pellets out. They were the "PB-Free" Diabolo Exact Kings ... This occurred the 1st time I tried them, too. Not ever again! --- Anyway, upon the pellet removal, the gun went thru a period of rough, gravelly, cocking movements, even hanging-up on occasion as the lever was pulled back. I thought I would repeat the range of motion several times, trigger-in, as you would in ''de-cocking'' the rifle. --- Finally, it all appeared to break free, however, now instead of the cocking resistance starting around 1/2 way into the ''pull-back'' it doesn't occur until the very end. The gun still cocks and fires, only with a lot of dead travel and a last short bit of resistance. I'm still shaking my head. This was 2 wks ago. I thought it would heal by itself if left alone.
If you have any idea what I did, and/or what I can do, let me know. It's odd that the whole cocking dynamics changed from before.
