FX Streamline liners?

That’s pretty cool, wish they would have just kept the dreamline the same to make it simple. If you do the SL in 30 you may have the only 30 cal streamline. I read something that said only a few hundred streamlines even made it to the states.

Have you done anything with the shroud? I’d really like for it to have an active shroud without adding much length.

Yeah I’ve got a huggett on mine and it’s plenty quiet, but it would be awesome to have an active shroud and do away with the ldc for a shorter gun. I don’t need it super sneaky, but it’s way to loud without the huggett in stock form.

I think the barrel is pretty close to the end of the shroud on those guns.

If you could get a shorter barrel liner and add an air stripper and have that guy make some custom sized baffles. Would stay the same length as stock and be quiet as can be. Probably wouldn't lose but maybe a couple fpe for the shorter barrel length.

He can make them pretty small and still be very effective. This little guy has 17mm OD baffles in it with .235 ID holes for the pellets. 5 small baffles and it's a little pfff at 21 fpe.

Use a 500 mm liner setup with a 600 MM shroud.
You'd have to make and mod a few parts but that would keep it about the same length as stock SL Shroud.
3D Printer is a friend for things like this.

Yep that’s what I’m thinking. Not worried about power, the guns got plenty for what I will be doing with it.

Yes the barrel comes right to the end of the shroud. I gotta say that was the only disappointment I had with the gun. I just figured fx would go with a shroud that dampened the sound a little over one for aesthetics.

I’ll hit you up moody if I ever decide to part with my .25 cal streamline. It has the black pepper laminate stock. It’s a v beautiful piece. Not sure I will ever be able to move it but you never know.
