Stronger password instructions

I see that there is now a banner in the Classified Forum stating to make your password stronger due to a scammer on the loose (again). However, I'm not sure where the change password is located. I searched within my personal page, but found zero about passwords or changes of same.
Any guidance would be appreciated. It might be a good idea to include those instructions, or where to find them, in the banner?

Click on your username, 5 symbols will appear, click on the middle one. It looks like a person with a gear next to it. Several options will appear, click on Password.

The forum likley has a minimun password length set (guessing 8 characters)
12 or more would be better, use Upper/lower case, add a number or two and use some special characters. Dont know which ones the forum allows, so you may need to experiment a bit to find a couple the forum allows

soooo "Password" becomes "P@$$w0rd22"..... DONT use that
