I've been considering a Sub MOA barrel for a project, but when I went to their website today, all of their blanks were marked as "SOLD OUT." Has anyone heard any news about this or provide any insight?

Been sold out. Best bet is buy a Bartlien and have it machined to fit your gun. They'll make them any twist rate you want.

They haven't sold any yet. They are still working on getting products to put them in stock.

They're in the process of making multiple barrels for multiple different manufacturer's guns. When ready to sell, they will update the web site. Based on what those particular barrels are for, I'll be surprised if they do not sell out fast.

I haven't checked in a while but isn't Bartlein backlogged a year or so?? The ones I have on my PB's are awesome barrels! Probably the best barrels out there.

If you are familiar with Bartleins then you probably also know about Brux, Lilja, Krieger, and others. Did you call any of them?

Of course I'm familiar with most barrel manufactures and did not know they make specific air rifle barrels for pellets. You see that is where this manufacture differs they only produce specific barrels for air rifles. I quoted the wrong person so my bad.

I know when I was inquiring about barrels a while ago they were over a year out, and many others were the same.
I just sent Terry an email at Sub MOA asking about the barrels again. Last I had heard they had a machine go down and it caused a slow down. They are still making them, they just slowed down a bit. They are coming and I am hoping they are really worth the wait.

SUB MOA is only making their barrels for the co- owners at this time. American Air Arm Evol, (AOA) BK Ghost/ RedWolf. I'm sure there are more Air Rifles. Skout airguns have some SOB-MOA barrels. If you are wanting a finished one off barrel your out of luck. I talked to Tracy Skipper and he will sell an unfinished barrels, ,22 is a 1" barrel blank and larger calibers are 1.250 or 1.5, I don't remember since I wanted a .22. As reported earlier in a different thread you can't pick the twist rate. Barrels for sale are whatever is on hand. .

A side note it was the vertical honing machine that is/was down. Very impressive shop. Good Luck to them.
