I shot my first sub MOA (9 of 10 anyway) at 100 yards. One flier.
I read some where if you want to shoot 100 yards you have to practice at 100 yards. It's true.
The other point of interest here has to do with weighed, sorted and lubed .25 caliber pellets shot
from my Airwolf.
I sort my ammo into three groups. 25.0-25.2, 25.3-25.4, 25.5 and 25.6 and above.
The only reason for the 25.5's having their own group? is their group are an equal amount of those
to the 25.3-25.4's.
At 50 yards There was no real difference between the lighter 25's and the slightly heavier ones.
At 100 the lighter 25's won out. I was more than a little surprised. This 9 shot group was covered
by a dime. Easily the best group I have ever shot. The 25.5's where just over an inch.
Going to do this again tomorrow at 75 yards.
