I own a Taipan veteran .22 short (20 MOA rail)/ UTG 3-9x32 AO Compact CQB Bug Buster Scope/ Medium UTG Scope rings. I use it only within 30 yards max for pest control in my backyard. My issue that is that there is a big shot trajectory curve at close distances (0 - 30 yards) compared to my Benjamin marauder pistol so that I need to do a lot of calculations to hit targets even at such a close range. I don’t have this problem with my Benjamin Marauder pistol. I can just shoot and aim with my marauder .22/red dot scope and the trajectory is very flat at that same range. Both are sighted in at 10 yards.
Other variables:
Did I just pick the wrong gun to use at close range or can I fix this with height adjustable scope mounts like this one to adjust the angle from 20 MOA to 0 MOA? (Like this - FX No Limit Scope Mount, 30mm Weaver/Picatinny)?
Or any other suggestions? I’m pretty new to any type of shooting and would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks

(@25 yards the shot is 4 inches off from where I aimed)
