Taipan veteran 55 yards

I was shooting my Taipan veteran compact..25 at 55 yards. Those are two 5 shoot groups from a bipod on a not very stable table and the only groups I shoot not the best ones. JSB hades. 25 that gun likes them better then kings. Both groups are just under 1/2 inch one 11 and other 12 mm. Happy new year to everyone.

Nice shooting from a compact package!!! What scope is your Vet useing? These Veterans are one of my favorite platform to shoot...I have a standard Veteran in .177.

I have a taipan veteran 22 cal. I am having problem with the trigger it won’t move or fire after I loaded it. Can you or someone help me? Thank you.

Great shooting with a short gun. 

Those Taipans can shoot and so can you.

I tried shooting a little today but it's cold and windy so I only got a few mags in before I gave up.

Randy 68 at my place these days are cold too but today was a little warmer. It is nice to go out and have some fun with our airguns.

Nice groups there!! Looks like your shorty is very happy with the hades. Watch out Varmints!! Pain coming

I had similar results with them out of my own shorty. Mine shoots both the .25 polymags and Hades equally well. Can't wait to unleash them on pests.

How do you like the harris bipod??

This is not genuine Harris but Deben tilt bipod. I have two the short one and that longer one. I have both for years and for the money around 50% cheaper then Harris I think they are great.

I have to use that longer one if I wan't to shoot at 50 m or 55 yards at home because behind my house is a step hill (forest) and target is set up at 20°incline.

For now I like this rifle very much I only wish it was more quiet.

Good groups with the Hades at 55 yards. How are the Hades compared to the Kings at 100 yards?

I didn't try them so far yet maximum I can get at home is 55-60 yards.Kings at 55 yards about 1inch or bigger groups so I don't have high hopes for them. Maybe I need to increase speed for them to work.
