I’m looking to sell my cricket carbine (maybe) and get something more compact. I hear the veteran is amazing, was wondering how many shots you guys are getting per fill? Doesn’t matter which caliber I’m looking at both .22 and .25. I know they are very accurate, just wish the stock didn’t look so blah. Y’all happy with yours still?

My shorty .22 Veteran is reliable, quiet, accurate, fun to shoot, and very consistent with a sublime trigger. Out of the box tune is 53 shots on reg at 250 bar fill. JSB 18gr @ 863fps or 29.9 FPE. Stock could use some help in the looks dept. looks "purposeful." You should keep that Carbine- great gun. I have one in .25. 

I would LOVE to find someone that could further skeletonize my Veteran stock.

I'm looking for another scope, how is that scope working for you? I have the viper pro gen I ffp. Does it have the illuminate reticle?

Yes it's illuminated EBR-4 MRAD. Excellent clear glass. Precision turrets. Love it!

I have the .22 Mutant and the .25 Veteran both Standard. Get lots of accurate shots per fill from both and at a relatively high fps. I couldn't be happier unless I had gotten them for free!

I've had my .22 Mutant shorty for over a year now and I love it. CZ barrel is superb, trigger is delicious, it's uber quiet and while the stock is indeed ugly it feels very good in the hands. I run mine with a carbon fiber LDC so I can backyard shoot as much as I want. I really enjoy this gun and use it a ton

I get about 45-50 shots on the reg at 875fps with JSB 15.9gr and 820fps with 18gr

Those numbers look pretty sweet! Especially From the shorty. I’d get the standard. Ive never owned a bullpup for a long period of time. I’m sure it’ll be a learning curve to be as accurate as my cricket carbine.
