I am curious if this shroud and tensioner kit will remove any POI shift from my Maverick. I have to "baby" my Maverick and be very careful how I handle the gun. If I accidentally bump the barrel, lightly mind you, the POI will typically shift. Mine is a 600mm barrel with carbon fiber sleeve.
I have to be very careful when I transport the gun since I don't have a hard case, just a nice padded bag case. My hope was this kit would make my gun significantly less sensitive.

Over time (100's or 1000's of shots)does the barrel move forward ?
It seems like it is demanding alot from the single barrel clamp screw that doesn't have a detent to go in ?

It interesting that your poi shifted to the left. Mine shifted to the right but only about a half inch at 50 yards. I talked to Dale at varmint Knockers and he said he noticed a shift to the right on tensioned barrels although not specifically the bullet central ones but they all work the same. 6 inches at 50 yards seems like a lot. How much tension are you putting on it? What do you mean by indexing the the carbon sleeve?An unfortunate side effect of tensioning the carbon fiber sleeve is that my POI shifted more than 6 inches to the left on my .25 Impact M3. I was shooting at a distance of 57 yds. After I had finished indexing the STX heavy liner I purchased a few weeks back and got it zeroed in to my satisfaction, I installed the BC barrel tensioner but not the shroud. I figured there would be some shift but was really disappointed at how much the shift actually occurred.
I did try indexing the carbon fiber sleeve and it helped some. I got about a 2 inch shift back to the right and about an inch up on the POI.
I think I'll try backing off the tension nut a bit to see if that helps but then I might lose the benefit of the stiffened barrel.

In theory your kit "should" make my Maverick less sensitive to changing POI correct? I try to be very careful with it, and most days my gun stays locked on zero. I'm not expecting it to completely remove the possibility, but hope it will make a noticeable improvement. I'm really close to pulling the trigger on purchasing your kit for my gun, plus I love the look of the carbon fiber! A small POI change after installation is no big deal for me, and no surprise. Anytime I basically touch my barrel my POI changes lol. I'm just hoping it helps stiffen up the barrel assembly. That's my main gripe with my Maverick, that it's a bit "fragile". Otherwise it's a tack driver with plenty of power.That is the idea behind the system along with improving accuracy as well. I just remembered that if you remove the top rail and loosen the barrel block slightly before tensioning the barrel and then retightening the barrel block after tensioning you can minimize the big side to side poi shifts. I rotated (indexing) the sleeve to 3, 6, 9, 12 o'clock positions and that does effect the POI much like rotating barrel liner, I put a small mark on the tip of the carbon sleeve to see what position it is at while I rotated it. I didn't loosen the barrel block, but I decided to realign the scope rail ever so slightly. I loosened the front screw and the two rear screws, and shifted the back end of the scope rail to the right about half a milimeter. The front screw acting as a pivot point. That slight shift produced a 2.5 inch shift back to the right. The final shift to the left after indexing/rotating/tensioning the carbon tension sleeve and measuring with a caliper was 3.4 inches not 4 inches I stated before. So the net shift is slightly less than an inch now.
