Taking PCPs + Tank up to 16,000 ft — Any advice for my shooting adventure❓️

Don't get in any gun fights with the Cartel and try not to get thrown in Jail.....

BOTH of these are not as easy to avoid as they sound from North of the Equator....

Especially the latter...: 🤷‍♂️

𒃺 A buddy got taken to a police station while out hunting with his airgun, all papers in order.
His airgun was confiscated, and it took his lawyer a week to get the unlawful charges off his back.
➧ Police officers that can't distinguish between a firearm and an air rifle seem to be in the majority.....

𒃺 If it's not the ignorance of the executive branch of gubermint that bites you in the a$$ — well, then it's greed and abuse of power:
A couple of weeks ago I got pulled over by a cop. The charge: I supposedly ran a red light.

I insisted there was no traffic light at all! The officer insisted to encourage me to pay bribe.

The end was that the officer went away empty-handed 😞.
But at least there was something in it for me 😊. A little something at least. Just a piece of paper.
It said I owed the gubermint $200 in fines.
And 80 points against my license (at 100 they take away the license).

𒃺 So far we've checked off
▪ ignorance, and
▪ greed and abuse of power.
We're still missing
incompetence in this unholy trinity:

I had 5 days to contest the charges. Since I was out of town, I filed my paperwork to defend myself over the official webpage.
But alas, the webpage had been programmed by incompetent gubermint employees, and it failed in processing my paperwork: Instead, it told me, I had to come in person. Did I mention I was out of town?

Yupp. I was going to buy a gun this month. 😖
But part of that money will be spent in keeping me out of jail (or whatever the gubermint has cooked up for people who don't pay their fines). 🙄

🤔 Hmmm, on second thoughts... —
😊 I'm fortunate enough that this is my only traffic fine in 26 years of absolutely crazy driving in Peru!!
😆 So, it's all good. 👍🏼
