Talk about semi and full automatic...

A long time ago, I had a few topics about automatic, many people opposed automatic air guns. But that is not important, it is important that manufacturers have difficulty in technical issues. I think they were deadlocked when creating an automatic gun but still have to ensure its accuracy, power, durability and safety. There have been manufacturers who have had semi automatic products but have failed and seem to have given up completely. Until Huben came along, it was a breakthrough ... And most recently it was SK-19 and Leshiy 2 ...

Indeed, the semi autos of yesterday aren’t as good as the three you mentioned. Did you notice the common denominator? They all have hammerless valves. That seems to be the best way to do it, no recycled air systems or blowback. Although AEA airguns seems to have fine functioning semi autos, they don’t cycle below 140 bar, rendering the semi auto useless. Whereas, with my huben I have set the reg to 100 bar with absolutely no issues. Hammerless is the way to go

The FX Monsoon worked fine...not sure why they stopped making it. I loved mine. I also own about 15 of the full auto Evanix. People didn't like those but most people were not instructed on how to operate them....if you don't do about 4 different things right, they will jam. (battery power, air level, ammo snapped into mag, oiled bolt). If you do all 4 things right = I have not had a jam in 10 years even one time.

I know how to convert a semi auto Evanix to full auto now. Will Piatt won't work on them anymore.

Here is my 3d printed switch:

I'll probably buy the Blitz, at least to review. Definitely in.22 so I can shoot Wal-Mart ammo. They are $949...not out till Christmas.

A .30 cal full auto would be too expensive to shoot, great for hunting though.

Part of what attracted me to airguns at this point is the new hammerless semi auto designs. I just think it is really cool tech and want to play with it. I don’t have any interest in full auto at all though. Considering that how much fun I can have is limited by how much air I have to work with full auto seems overkill and wasteful for when you just want to spend an afternoon plinking. Maybe my perspective will change if I end up with multiple large tanks and compressors and lots of spare ammo.

"recycled air systems or blowback" has many manufacturers already but some have continued to do, some have given up. In my opinion, "recycled air systems or blowback" is not suitable for an airgun.

💯

I almost bought one of those new LCS SK-19 or whatever they are called instead of an Impact II, but finally came to my senses. I am so so glad I did. The speed loaders alone is a huge plus for the Impact. I would hate to feed that captured mag continuously. All you really need is one perfectly placed shot, and the FX delivers that for me.

With all of that said, It would still be neat to not have to cock continuously, but the cocking force on my FX is almost nonexistent it so easy, which makes a big difference.

The full auto on the SK-19 I felt I didn't need at all and didn't want to pay for that function. I am an adult though, lol.

I think that I would go SK-19 before the Hatsan Blitz...since on is proven in this community and one is not. I’m not really interested in full auto either, just the semi.

Shhhh... I want to see who will have the record for the most number of shots before failure!!!
