Recently ordered a AGT Uragan from Tony which had a regulator issue. Upon arrival the gun had a regulator issue and the rifle was replaced upon it's return to Talon Tunes. Also had a DonnyFL moderator which I believe was stolen from the box during shipping and was also promptly replaced by Tony. This kind of customer service is what it should be and I will do more business with Tony in the future. Maybe next time I'll even get a t-shirt
