Talon tunes gen6 6 inch on escape ss .22, no noise reduction?

Anyone put a 6 inch on their .22 escape ss? I was getting 117db before. I'm getting 117db now at 1200psi. I filled the gun to 2900psi, it's making 121db.
The quality is top notch, fit great. But other than that I'm not seeing the point of the 6 inch moderator. Made the gun heavier, longer, more expensive but no quieter.

I don't know what kind of response you're going to get with the introduction of rule number 5.
You may want to call the seller back if you bought it new.

25.39 gr jsb at 800ish fps, making between 117 to 122db.

Never said he was going to modify it, alter it, make a new one, any of that. I just said that I don't know how much response he is going to get with rule number five.

Yup I have one it change the tone but still kind of loud .. but is like that with almost all similar designs . I have a Clague in my.30 condor and it does exactly the same . Better than without it but loud. Is not that they are bad products, the gun is more powerful that the design and leng are able to quiet down..in my experience 2" thick are needed to see a big change in how it sounds.
