Tank fill locations - Chester County PA area

USED TO BE most dive shops didn't do 4500psi fills. High pressure Scuba tanks are 3,200psi I believe. More dive shops are becoming 4500psi capable. Call around to verify. Make sure you mention 4500 & not just "High pressure". Check your local fire stations too IF your tanks are not 15 or more years old and have current hydrotesting cert.

Looking to get a large SCBA tank to fill. I live in Chester County PA and so far have not been able to find a location to fill tanks. Anybody out there live near here and know of a place?

TIA - Brian
Try to find a fire supply business, the people that sell to fire departments. If any are around you, and they will deal with individuals, they will be cheaper than any scuba/paintball place around by a lot. Of course your tank will have to be current on it's hydro. The fire supply places will also be your cheapest option of having a tank hydro'd. If you can't find any looking online, go to a fire station and ask them about the business they get their supplies from.

This any fire extinguisher service center can fill them.
