I regret to inform all in the airgun hobby I have to go to Miami to be with my Mother for her last days, She is gravely ill and as her only remaining child I want to be by her side until she passes.

When my current Kalibrgun order of Cricket II's and other models arrives here in Georgia, I will return long enough to get pre-sold and reviewers guns tuned tested and shipped. I expect arrival of the new Crickets within two or three weeks. The order is paid for but I am at the mercy of the shippers and the virus.

While I am in Miami I will be returning phone calls and e-mails, but operations will be suspended.

I hope all can understand this is a cycle in life we must all address, when all this is behind me I will be able to make Georgia Airguns my first priority again.

There is a story told of an internationally known speaker whose mother was terminally ill, but he was scheduled to be far away at a series of meetings. He first arranged for someone else to speak in his place, and then called those who had invited him to speak. He told them that his mother was sick and not expected to make it as he apologized to the people telling them that he was sorry but that he would not be able to speak, but had arranged for someone else to take his place. The people were very disappointed saying, "But we want YOU. We advertised for YOU for all the meetings. We're expecting to hear from the company through YOU." The speaker said, "I'm sorry. You can get another speaker, but my mother can't get another son."

Go to your mom. Be with her and give all the love and comfort you have to offer. Make sure that if there is anything that you wish you had told her, but had never got around to telling her, that you take this opportunity to talk with her about it. It will be the best gift you could give her and the best gift you could give to yourself. So many times our loved ones pass without us having the opportunity to express ourselves about something that weighs heavily on our hearts ... and then after they pass, we beat ourselves up for the rest of our lives for not saying something that we should have.

Sorry to hear, more then most would do, sounds like you are a great guy. I would have to believe every body would be more then understanding if they have to wait. These things are “ toys” and a luxury item. I say stay with your mom, she needs you right now ! God bless, sounds as though they are preparing your moms wings now, she will be in great company after here ! Sorry to hear this though.
