Looking forward to it.

The top picture looks like a Kalibrgun, Ocelot. I just got done putting almost a cylinders worth of air through mine.

Mike

Hello Mike,

You are correct, the first comparison gun is a KalibrGun Ocelot.
Today was testing the gun and it can get a 18 fpe using a 15 grains pellet. But unfortunately when I open the plenum chamber to check the polyurethane seal condition , it was damage. To fix this issue I bought an hardest polyurethane rod in Mc Master.

Nice.

My only initial concern is the cocking lever on the wrong side for the comfort of right handed shooters.

How many shots with the short cylinder ? Max fill pressure ? I know, I know...wait for the full info to come out !

Overall, nice work. The Picatinny rail on top...great idea. Colt Government grip and angle, trigger (visual) great ideas.

Did you try a nylon material for the plenum seal ? It can be had in a couple of hardness.

This is my only concern is shifting the grip hand is well. If both a left and right handled model was available it would sell that many more, as there is a small but untapped market there.

You know what? It's time to put up or shut up! I think you're full of s**t.

If you can meet your claims, you'll do well. If so, I won't be the only one buy one.

If not, you'll be exposed. Not only will I not buy one; nor will anyone with any sense. Pretty simple stuff, really.

YOU'VE GOT OUR ATTENTION. So what are you gonna do with it?

BTW, I don't believe you can achieve 20 FP with only 7" of barrel with any reasonable shot count. PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG... with guarantees!

Or fail. Your fate rests in your own hands... because that's where you put it.

Best of luck,

The Man That Wrote The Book...

You might be right Mike; I might have been a bit hard on the man doing his best to bring a great concept to market. My harshness was probably a reaction to overly optimistic claims from the get-go, moving those goal-posts as reality came into focus (from 30 foot pounds, to 20, now 16.5), and gullible types buying it hook, line, and sinker. My bad.

So I'll apologize for going off like I did. And wish the gentleman best of luck in bringing to market an AP16 with shorter overall length and fatter air cylinder.

Your desperate references to my mom, "pie hole", and genitalia speak volumes about your character and intellect, Mike. I'll repeat, do you never tire of embarrassing yourself?

I look forward to your Tequila review. But never mention my late mom again!

You are yelling for attention. And I'm not going to give it to you.

MyMy....For sure it would have been better to have the "new" pistol proven with all the bugs worked out beforehand, then again we can see the journey it takes to get there.

I do think the project will hopefully come to realization,Look at it this way,"Shot for the Moon, but, don't shoot yourself in your foot.

And we the interested parties can see it all and come to our own conclusions.

Mike has a way of pissing some people off, including me....that said it was a harsh post by AnGman....

And as we all can see the Moon shot has lost psi,I do not mind and the concept of pistol ,carbine and Bull Pup is a good one, plus those last two configurations can have a larger air chamber....they can be interchangeable

Now for a group hug;a hope of success and Joy to the World and Happy Holidays.

My previous apology was not enough; not NEARLY. So I want to extend a most sincere and genuine public apology for my uncalled for, egregious comments and behavior. They were completely out of line and out of bounds. Not sure what got into me, but I'll make no excuses for my inexcusable behavior.

Xolotl is obviously a man of impressive talents, tackling a huge project out of great passion for airgunning. Such an endeavor takes a lot of time and commitment, and is obviously rife with pitfalls and setbacks. Xolotl is to be applauded; not criticized.

I'm an asshole!

Sincerely,

Ron
