Lots of pigeons and starlings shot with my FX Impact MK2. I am using my usual H&N 25gr Gen2 slugs that have worked well in my current tune.

I am shooting them at 984fps about 54ft.lb of energy, devastating to these pest birds. A few more videos to follow as I have returned frequently to this farm to shoot them pigeons and used them as bait for my coyote#7. I have released my coyote#7 video ahead of these videos as I was too excited to share it, so the timeline got switched.

Maxx , Smashing !! I took a chance & drove over to the rat barn last evening & stayed till 11:30 . I tagged 5, but could only retrieve 3. Missed a couple mice too. I took 3 groundhogs this week also. While driving on the farm today scoping out some areas w/ a friend we drove up on a nice mature coyote . The wind was in our favor as it was blowing in a thunder storm . The dog was broadside facing away . We got w/in 35 yrds before it turned and jumped into the corn. I thought of your coyote plight . I have yet to get to the other barn that the farm hands have told me about ,,, soon I hope !

Maxx. I'm thinking these coyote are helping the farmer out w/ the g-hog problem here. I know I'll get flack, but the deer population is strong here as well as rabbits. Both of these can also be tough on the soybeans as well. I will let the coyote alone . Few people hunt rabbits here and it's a tough area to gun hunt deer w/ homes , churches , schools & equestrian properties close by. I prefer to use airguns, suppressed.22 lr & .22Mags for this reason. Keep at 'em !

Maxx , out early this am . Got 2 g-hogs by 9am ( count is 73 now ). Did some lawn mowing & after lunch & mower cleanup I went to chk out the other rat barn . Well , no rats at what was left of ground feed pile . BUT the sparrows were coming in hot ! Popped two pigeons at the far end of the barn . One fell down a feed hole after the death glide , the other tumbled down in some old hay bales . No recovery as that side of the barn has a questionable floor . Tagged 10 sparrows . Gathered those up for cats at the next barn. While handing out the bounty to the cats I popped a couple sparrows out of the yard tree at 40 yards w/ the Kral Np-O3 spitting CPHPs. I'll be out early tomorrow for birds again at the main barn.
