Umarex Testing The $99 Umarex PRYMEX Break Barrel Air Rifle (Video)

I purchased one in .22 very recently. It is a great air rifle! Low recoil, under 7lbs weight, solid build, very low noise (almost entirely mechanical), decent power, and very good accuracy. The scope is adequate - surprisingly sharp actually. The rings that it came with did not inspire confidence so I used a 1-piece cantilever mount I had on hand. My only complaint of the Prymex is that the trigger pull is long / mushy and does not seem to be adjustable. It is advertised on PyramidAir as having a 2-stage adjustable trigger but I see no evidence of adjustment being an option.

Try and find a manual online to check for trigger adjustment. It is possible that the 2 stage trigger thing on Pyramid Air was a typo. They do occasionally get a stat wrong on the site when listing new guns.
