I have recently bought Sekhmet digital gauge and I decided to test the performance and fill speed of the regulator on my impact mk2 PP. I have tested it at different cylinder air pressure from 140b up to 250b. The regulator is slightly modified, polished and smoothed the washers.

. Just when the cylinder was low and close to reg pressure the last 1 bar took the extra time I said in the vid. The rest of cylinder pressures higher than 175 it's almost instantly. This just show you how useful a digital gauge is and how fast the amp reg is when it's in good condition. Things to notice 1-The smaller the plenum that faster the reg fills the plenum with less variation and the opposite is true. 2- I have seen way slower amp regulator when they are not clean or/and damaged piston and seems to create large variation between full cylinder and close to reg pressure, from 3 to 6bars or even more bars depending on reg condition.
