Airforce Texan valve fixed with peek

Well I had a Texan leaking out the front of the valve so I drained it and pulled the valve apart the derlin was indented pretty well and I belive that's where it was leaking made a smaller poppet out of peek and has been holding 3000 psi for 3 days should make a tad more power to it's. 020 smaller than the derlin

That's a good design right there on the seal. I have a double return Spring on mine with a graduated Taper to seat each spring..very similar.
Doesn't leak and makes a lot of power.

Well I gained 100 ftlbs by using peek went from 500ftlbs to 600 shooting 350 gr at 888 lol gained more than I thought I would

It was aproxmently same angle but outside diameter was smaller but length was longer

The stem is inside and I didn't get a picture being it's attached to the outter hat

just clarify the hole size which your .365 poppet covers ? this hole is heart of powerplanet and makes the main changes in velocity and gass ussage also stability and accuracy

I remember what it was just do the math and build it to least amount needed to cover the hole
