Weather permitting, the next TEXtreme Airgun Sports competition is a Bench-Rest Silhouette match this-coming Saturday, July 1. As usual, our BRS matches are held at the Central Texas Rifle & Pistol Club near China Spring, 11 miles from my Ranchito Robinson TEXtreme Sports venue.
The gate will open at 1 PM for match set-up and practice, and the Shooters’ Meeting will be about 2 PM. Shooters may enter any or as many of the three classes as they like. The classes are 35 Food Pound (maximum) Pellet, 100 Foot Pound (maximum) Pellet, and 100 Foot Pound (maximum) Slug.
These are laid-back long-range air rifle matches to 100 yards; ideal for new and experienced shooting competitors alike. All shooters are invited to join a group dinner after the match at an excellent Mexican restaurant near the venue.
I am attaching the BRS rules-set and a map of the area surrounding the CTR&PC and Ranchito Robinson, including Lake Whitney and Waco landmarks. Hope to see y’all then.
