Did not really want to call and bother them if they were are busy figured a email they could answers when they got time would be easy. May have to give them a call in a day or two if I don't hear any thing. Thanks for the info.

That brand new Impact leaks. Little help from guys who have had one apart please

Hey don't feel bad about calling them. They knew my phone number by heart by the time they got done fixing my gun lol. Kevin is real understanding he knows you just want to know what's going on. Sometimes when I called he would stop what he was doing and go check right then. Give them a call you paid for the warranty.

Kevin called and left a voice mail sounds like the Impact will ship today. Be happy to get it back. Sounds like the regulator was leaking.
Hope it is good too go when it gets here spring squirrel season starts soon so may have to take it hunting soon. Happy with the time they got it in and fixed. Was just a little frustrating not knowing what was going on with it.

Another update. Was called on the 4th and told the Impact would should ship today. Have made two email request and left two voicemails asking for tracking info since then. Would like to try to be home to get it when it shows up. So far have heard not heard anything back from AOA. So not sure if it has shipped or has still just been sitting there.

Final update. The Impact made it home today. Would like to say thanks to AOA for getting it back in what I would say is a resonable amount of time. Communication was not the best but they got it repaired and returned in around two weeks . Will keep an eye on it but looks like the leak is fixed had tank on it for about four hours so far it is good.

I hope so 24 hours and still holding air working may get time off to shoot it tomorrow. Love the gun was just a little frustrating. But I would buy it all over again.
