The Avenge-X's Big Brother: Welcome the Avenge-XL to the Family

There’s a lot of beautiful “tactical” guns out there. What exactly is “tactical” about this hog, in your opinion?
Well , having had the pleasure of an assigned M16 A1 & familiar with the old warhorse M60 , ANY gun with a vertical hand-grip ( & now adjustable butt stock & or cheek riser ) Mloks /rails, forward handgrips etc . Hardly any wood (AK's excepted). Now after looking at this new version several times , I do think it IS better looking than the bottle versions of the AvengeX by a long shot! It's $ figure is in line with the last version I think also. We're no longer in the "budget gun" ( at least not my budget)
category anymore , the bottom long rail /chassis , I think , is a good idea, it should set well on a bag ,a bench or a fence rail. Just my 2.5 cents .

Its not like sights prohibited the adding of a scope ether, does it 🤔.

Just a make you spend more money when you should not need to. Then you need a compressor too boot .lol just to shoot a pellet.😢
So you’re saying they should have released it with open sights and springer? Multipump? Built in compressor?

Personally I think it will be a big hit, especially if the accuracy is there for guys wanting a hunting rig. I might give one a shot.

I understand the profile name now. Have a good day.
there's a few of us who like open sights as factory.. it's ok if you can get it either way but unfortunately most PCP guns don't have open sights and no options to add them.. just imagine if they offer it with no dovetail or picayinny rail..it might be off your desired list..

hey that's a awesome idea.. if they could make a compressor in the gun and we just use a DeWalt, Makita or Milwaukee battery.. now hopefully we can still pick it up..
honestly I do like you idea.. can you put a big in a manufacture ear?
seems like it would be impossible but nice..
I can honestly say I can see where the comment is coming from, especially the open sights.. while a lot of people don't use them, I have a good friend who scopes everything, including pistol and that's great if it's what you like.. I guess my biggest complaint is that most PCP rifles now don't have any way to put on open sights at all..
I just saw open sights available for the airforce Condor at AOA..I never have seen it available anywhere, so I promptly ordered a set for my Condor..it very nice if you prefer to have open sights and it's available, just like if you want a scope you don't want to have to drill and tap it yourself.

Big is beautiful. I have seen open sights that are flip up with fiber optics on both front , and back. It would be great for a manufacturer to include a factory picatinny rail near the muzzle , so we could put a flip up sight there.
I've heard a lot of old timers say " my old eyes this , and that well I'm 64 but I have 20/20 thanks to this magic thing called GLASSES..

At 67 now . Had those GLASSES since 3rd grade , now 3 different 'scripts in the lens. I'd have to get them rearranged for open sights LOL . Gotta tip my head
back to shoot open sight handguns as is. This AvengerXL should be well received IF the QC is good from the start.

I did not mean to disrespect anyone , but I'm 64 , and damaged my eyes from welding in college back when I was 21 the classmate thought it would be funny to change the lenses in my goggles. He did apologize though.
I can't hit anything open sight unless I use my scatter gun technology. That's were I put 3 .177 pellets in my .22 cal.
Just kidding guys. Lol

OldVet , no harm no foul , not meant to sound like sass . Us "OldVets" need to stand together . That way four eyes are better than two!! I'm nearsighted to the point that neither parent thought I'd ever get to serve , but I made it through, although if I ever lost my glasses I'd have to low crawl out so I could see where i'm goin" !!
