The "Brick" a self made benchrest front rest

As I have some tools, I figured I would make my own front rest rather than spend $1K on one, just for my own enjoyment.

Here it is The "Brick"

I am too busy with the Windmeister at the moment.

I did add my green laser so I can quickly align it to the target downrange.

Yup, that's pretty sweet. I definitely like the green laser as a sight-in option. 

I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from a "real" one vs yours. That's for sure.

Good, simple, well engineered & manufactured things last a lifetime and more...European mentality for consumer goods...
Your grandchildren will be using this rest successfully, just make sure you leave them a few belts in your will because by then that generation will be shooting virtual laser airguns over VIRTUAL rests!
