[Centercut]

First attempt with the new Tactacam 5.0 with FTS system. .25 Vulcan Tactic gen4, JSB Kings at 900 FPS, 51 yards, Descanso, CA. 

The GS pups decided to line up for me, so I just had to... Tried to aim at soft tissue where I would get a good pass through. And, well, watch the video. Photo taken after shot. I moved them together for the pic.

I was there with Centercut & had a BLAST! Though I didn't witness that particular shot I can attest to the fact he didn't have enough time to "photoshop " this, LOL. GREAT time with great guys (Centercut & Socaloldman). Love this sport & the generous community that follows it.

Working now! Nice shot!! Last time I got a double like that was under water while spear fishing, didn't even mean to do it either, thought I was shooting just one Yellow Tail in a coral head, not two.

How do you like the Tactacam 5.0 with FTS system? When you remove the camera system, did you find that you needed to adjust / re-adjust the ocular focus for normal shooting?

So far so good. I haven’t tried all the features like 120 FPS frame rate, or even the 4K video. That video was shot regular HD I think. There are two steps above that. It’s the most unobtrusive and lightweight system that I know of. Even more so than the sideshot with Go Pro, and less than half the price. I didn’t need to adjust the ocular on my scope at all. Funny thing. I actually had some super nice shots. But, I was thinking that when the power light was blinking, it was in stand by and when solid it was recording. It’s actually the opposite of that so I thought I recorded about 4 other really good solid head shots at 45 to 60 yards but didn’t get any on film.. ;(

Now I need to find a good video editor and learn how to use it. The one I did was the basic version that comes with Windows 10.

I've downloaded the OSX version of this..

..but haven't had time to test drive it yet. Supposed to be pretty good. Price is right..

The Resolve 15 is a non-beta, so it might be the more stable version.

I’ve been told by the guy that does the EDgun Leshiy videos @tflats99 with the awesome video quality is Videoleap. So I downloaded the free version. I think the Pro version has more features. He says he does most of the video editing on his phone.

Thanks. I’ve had lots with starlings, but rare with squirrels. Probably only my 4th one... Lucky I had the camera on record...
