The Groundhog and Hybrid Slug Didn't See Eye to Eye

Thanks for the FX Hybrid slug tip. Mature Ground Squirrels are about the size of Fox Squirrels, the youngins are quite small though. Did the slug exit that squirrel? Great videos!

It did exit, but I am pushing 85 fpe from the muzzle, so that may have something to do with it.

I have evidence that these slugs are fragmenting on impact at 930fps. Take a look at this video I made with exit wounds leading me to believe there was some dum dum bullet action going on.

Same thing happened to me the other day only using 44.75 jsb's. I shot a squirrel side of face right behind the eye and when it died I saw a big exit hole on it back foot thought that was weird
