Tuning The most powerfull Air arms S500 custom airgun...

Hello. About 2 month ago, I sent it to my firend ''Seerhan''( who also a very experienced airgun smith) my Air arms S500 xfac .22, for Fully upgreted with FX 700mm heavy slug linner, + custom hammer+spring, + Aeron cz stock, + e.c.t....
The project almost completed.... a few photos...
P.s: Also, he will replaced the original triger, to match grade....

Hmmm. I've been working on getting an adapter made for my S510 to use FX liners. Only thing left is to get the aluminum shroud spacers made...

I'm curious about the other mods. Do tell

Oh, I've got an Aeron chassis on mine as well!

I don't have a picture of my .22 S510. But the chassis make it easy to swap out with my other S5xx's. Here's my .177 S500. Notice it doesn't use the AA gauge block. I plugged the hole and rely on the Robert Lane filler kit...

No. It's specifically made for S4/5xx guns.

The new AA 'Tactical' chassis may be a cheaper option these days...

Really, I do not know...propably yes..because is match grade triger, not the simply original...

This is the final stage....
Aeron cz stock, FX 700mm Heavy superior slug linner, match grade triger, Huma Quick fill with preasure gauge...and others characteristics..
Also removed the original barometer from bottom, and installed custom bleed valve!! If I want to take out the air from tube...

What are the slugs that shot the tighter group? Says 36.6 gr but not named. I'm thinking about slugs these days. I've never gone down that road yet. Looks fun though.

Wow! Turned out very well. Superb accuracy!

I removed the gauge block on mine. I just plugged the hole with a shorter screw with a dowty washer underneath it. Works as a bleed screw as well...
