I’ve placed a couple of orders with this Washington based company. Their products seem decent, but I’ve noticed a pattern of untimely or non-existent communication. From calling and attempting to speak to a human to filling out the “contact us” form, I have more frequently received no response. Their mobile site can also be a bit tedious to navigate.
From my experiences here’s why I suggest (especially if it’s your first time dealing with them): know what you want to purchase before finalizing your order, be sure that nothing in your order is on back-order, and don’t leave items in your cart too long or they will disappear. Have a written list of what you want to order so that after your cart clears itself, you know what to search for and place into it in so that you may finalize your order. As for changing or adding to an existing order? Good luck there. However, they do ship fast if none the items that you have purchased are on back-order.
