The ol' shooting jacket question.

Without pictures that never happened.
Is there really hope for me? I have hard enough a time to get off the bag let alone bending myself into a pretzel.

Scott told me that he practises FT yoga on the couch.
In the living room. 0n the floor.

If someone wants to try it:
Practice in your living room. Try the yoga “easy pose”, and then lean forward to have your elbows on your knees. It’s a very stable position and it’s possible to be very relaxed. If you need it, have a stool/chair/couch near by to help you stand back up. Do it for a few minutes every day or so for a couple of weeks before using it as a shooting position.

That's a reasonable price for that jacket, especially given the Tyrranosaurus Rex hide! I'da thunk that stuff would be prohinitively expensive. Must be made in China.

Since you've not only gotten excellent advice from equally excellent voices of experience, but also made your decision, I'll chime in now. 🤔

1) I assume you're not in Texas.
2) Believe it or not, even a few Texans use shooting jackets.
3) But some of them are Texas transplants. At least one from Oklahoma; so "consider the source" of his advice. 😉
4) Also consider the source of this information. 🤪
5) That said, I have a very heavy Grizzly Bear coat I'd make you a good deal on. Does a good a job of controlling wiggles.
6) Correction- tremors. 🥵
7) Don't use it much since moving to Texas.
8) From Mars.
9) Yes, we have Grizzlies on Mars.
10) But ours are twice the size of Earth Griz, which Martians call Mini Griz, or Toy Griz.
11) Martian Griz are popular lap-pets.
Who's turn is it to go to Clifton for a quick "wellness" check?

I have a Creedmore hard back and it’s a good jacket. It’s stiff, heavy, and if in TX it’s hot. Light jackets are worthless. If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, or semi close, then go see Neal Stepp at ISS. He has piles of shooting jackets in the $150-$200 range. You can try on plenty of sizes and pick the best fit.
