I may have asked this before but what is the Yellow forum? Would like to take a look.

Hey! I resemble that remark! If AGN made a geriatric / senior subforum, 80% of the sites traffic / posts would be in there.
i used to strap my gun to the cross bar (boys bike ) to get to the fields . Mid 50'sMontgomery Wards Christmas catalog… the 22s ohhh man did I drool.
After gaining trust , not getting in trouble. Mom got me a Browning bl22 for christmas. I researched back then and wanted a model 788 ( cheaper than 700)I think Remington in 6mm rem . Local gun store talked her out of it.
Before we had access to cars we walked or bicycled to the city limits where we hunted and plinked.
Actually walked through what is now a high crime city, to the woods. Got questioned a couple times by cops, they just wanted to make sure it wasn’t loaded. 14 and 15 year olds were not supposed to be without a 18 + but was never bothered about that. Can you young ones imagine ?
That's how I found it. Then Micheal took control and it's been a great place to hang out.I remember Ted of Ted’s holdover ( and a edgun channel thing I can’t remember the correct name) announcing a moving of his bolg in the summer of 2015 to airgun nation.
It been 10 years to many cold drinks and handling of pellets to recall the details.

Similar to the Old Vet, myself.Ok. Here it what I did.
Went to General discussion forms.
Jumped to the very first page the back one. I seen some 1969 but that was not right then clicked on there names , and seen 2015 ect. So has this form been around for 10 years man a 10 year celebration is in order. Some of those guys were on here today.
Some only lasted a year. I whish I would have found this 10 years ago.
I'm 64 but have a love for airguns that can't be undone. It all came about when I was 7 then at 13 got that Sheridan blue streak at Monkey Wards.
FYI, All Sheridan's are .20 caliber. No .22 were ever sold.I have been here since 2018, I lurked for about a year before joining. I still have my 22 cal silver streak that was my first, it’s probably 35 years old. Me and dad use to shoot it because I was too small to pump it. My uncle had a really old 20cal Benjamin and wish I could have ended up with it. Just to sit back with mine. This group has some very good people with very good information. You just have to wade through some of the craziness and the good guys will help. I’ve been lucky and had some really good guys reach out to help me with issues and advice.
