The other Webley I bought last week arrived at the Post Office today. This one is a Senior.

And she’s looking really good for her age. Saying that, I have no idea how old it is.
A little more to jack this one compared to the Jr. The arm extends farther.

I sweat someone left this one in their under ware drawer. Great shape.

Don’t think it got a lot of use. Shoots really well.
Here’s the 2 Webley’s I scored this week.

Sweet pistols, Crow

It's a post war Senior 1950 to 58 ...sorry I cannot date it precisely down to the year...with the grooves around the grip later dropped to smooth for the last 2 years of production, probably putting it 1950 to 1956..
The finest built pistol of all time.
I've had them up to 490 fps. The junior runs more 350 fps but I had one run about 390 after a major rework of the head.

I used to have a Webley tempest 177 years ago..I liked it but wanted more accuracy..sold it and got a Beeman P1..lot more accurate but I missed the compact size of the tempest.
thank you for the great pictures

Thanks. I thought being Webley‘s couldn’t go wrong. Go for it. Crow

Thanks for that info. Had no idea. I’m the same age as the Senior. I was used a lot more than it. Have the scraps and dents to prove it.
This Senior hasn’t been used, but it will now.
Are they similar to a rifle to work on? Only smaller scale. Crow
