The Pellet Shop Wow!!!

Another happy CA person with the Pellet Shop. They're in my Mt Rushmore of best companies, along with Utah Air and Buck Rail. Great CS, good prices and ultra fast shipping.
I agree with everyones posts on this thread, good companies. However, there is one issue with UAG that is just petty. The restock fee. A company that size has charge backs. They do not absorb any cost of a product returned to them. They are no different at this point than a big box store. Do you get a restock fee at Target? Come on UGA, stop charging people 10-25% (depends on the person) after they pay to return the product to begin with and just be the "big" store you made yourself to be. Restock fees are for a one man shop that has little ability for charge backs and actually absorbs some of the return cost. It's kind of absurd. Most companies their size even pay for the return shipping, which UGA doesn't even offer.

Why shouldn't they charge a restock fee if you order something in error or want to send it back because you don't like it and why should they be responsible to pay for return shipping?

I never said they couldn’t charge shipping on returns only that they shouldn’t. A business this big gets charge backs that also covers shipping charges. This is a simple concept. I am sorry you possibly read faster then you typed. No villains here.

Restocking fees usually are a good thing IMO because that means the company is actually looking over the returned item, fixing it if needed, and insuring the product is 100% before moving it along. It is the free returns for any reason businesses that make me hesitate on an order. As for a buyers remorse return....that the buyer should have to pay. It's up to the buyer to decide if he/she can afford it and is willing to commit to a purchase. If you purchase an item that is in my mind a digital handshake.

Just my 2 cents.
